Use of the App
The App provides users with access to publicly posted images and related content. By using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you download, view, or otherwise interact with through the App.
In-App Purchases
The App offers various in-app purchases and subscriptions. Please note the following:
- The Walls+ subscription is only guaranteed to hide fullscreen ads. Additional features may be added to or removed from the app and Walls+ subscription access at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Purchasing Boost does not grant access to any additional features and is solely an additional support mechanism for the developer you may use to show your appreciation.
- Sponsored content and button as well as other types of advertisements may still be visible in parts of the App.
Subscription Management, Cancellation, and Refunds
- If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, you can manage or cancel it via the Google Play Subscription Centre or directly through the App’s account settings page.
- Cancellations of subscriptions made through Google Play will generally not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to receive your subscription content until the end of the current billing period, after which the cancellation will take effect.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The App displays publicly posted images that may be subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. You take full responsibility for any copyright issues that may arise from downloading, viewing, or otherwise using these images. You agree not to use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. You agree not to interfere with the security of the App or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the App.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. In no event shall redditwalls or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless redditwalls, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. redditwalls reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with redditwalls in asserting any available defenses.
Modifications to the Terms
redditwalls reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to these Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
